DiabetesConnect
An answer to the National Department of Health’s request for us to address diabetes education in South Africa. DiabetesConnect is a WhatsApp-based diabetes education platform that reaches people with diabetes where they are, in their own language.
A prototype has been developed, and we are now actively requesting funding to complete the build of this valuable tool.
